server problems

whenever i try to make a Tekkit item on my server it blinks out and disappears. I try to give my self it in the not enough items but it says "item id (id) not found" please help i want to play with my friends

Somebody probably used "/reload" on the server. Don't do that - it messes up crafting, and now it needs restarted to fix it.
