Adding Forge to Solder

Hello, I am just a bit confused, since it doesn't mention anywhere that I've seen on the Solder Wiki.
How do I add Liteloader to my modpack? Thank you in advance.

Do I just add it like a normal Mod?

Structure:

basemod-0.1
          modpack.jar

You add forge the same way as a normal mod, but you have to pack it like

- bin
  - forge universal binary renamed as modpack.jar

then zip the bin folder up and add it the same way as any other mod from that point.
