Okay, so what do you actually have for an antivirus? I'm betting that copy of your problem description isn't it.

I was wondering too, why do everyone seem to be copying their problem description where there should be the antivirus? Is it an instinct I don't have? An non-written rule? Because as far as I know, Antivirus means anti-virus, not "Copy problem here".

Ive had that before. I had it with the same antivirus as you. I fixed it by uninstalling avg and installing avast. I could have tried adding it to exeptions, but i am not very picky about my antivirus so i just went for avast.

except im not too sure i want to change anti-virus things

Uninstall AVG, it makes problems and is annoying. Get MSE, and you should be able to play fine.

ok but then when i did that it says download failed :P. Why?

It says it failed because it failed. You're not helping here. You just Googled it, or you actually added Java to the system path variable or the batch file you're using to run the launcher? These are things we need to know.

Ok nvm thats fixed but there's a different problem. It;ll load %100 percent then it'll go to install other things and the download bar will spaz out -.-

You're still not helping. That's probably just it installing everything - on a slow connection, it can take 5-20 minutes.

Maybe this time you can figure it out

Do I look like a magic problem-solving machine? You have a block ID error. That either means your config files are messed up and you need to delete the mod pack and re-download, or your config files are messed up and you need to edit one of them to set the block ID to a free one. Either way, your config files are messed up.
