It reads: Error downloading a file for the following pack: <insert modpack name here> Failed to download https://libraries.minecraft.net/tv/twitch/twitch-external-platform/4.5/twitch-external-platform-4.5-natives-windows-64.jar Please consult modpack author. So what's going on and how do I fix it? Quote
