why does the launch.bat not work

if i run the launch.bat it gives me the following error:

c:\documents and Settings\andy class\my documents\TECHNIC server>java -Xmx3G

-Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Could not create the Java virtual machine.

C:\Documents and Settings\andy class\My documents\TECHNIC server>pause

Press any key to continu....

I run windows xp and i have Java installed. Please help
