Missing Modpacks

Hello,

I am having problems with my launcher. When I load up technic, it is missing a lot of the main mod packs. It won't let me download them again on the website because it says it's already included. Ive tried switching accounts, restarting my computer, and even re downloading the whole technic files again, and its still the same. Can someone please help???
