help keep geting error downloading file

Ever time i try to download my custom modpack to the launcher i keep getting error downloading file i have tried copy.com and drop box neither one works but both links work fine i have tryed re installing the launcher but no joy with that any help would be great.

The dropbox link is a 404, for one.  For another, modpacks have to be zips, not rars.

And before you get any too-clever ideas, it is not enough to rename your rar to a zip.  It has to actually be a zip.
