Description of Problem:

I have a problem in y tekkit server we try to make Quarry but when we start them they dont start to mine. Please can you help me ?

Do you have pex, modifyworld, worldguard or any other protection plugins? If so, try using the commands /op [buildcraft] and /op [industrialcraft] If this is not the problem, try attaching more engines to it.

What engines are you using? Redstone engines won't be enough.

I am using 4 redstone engines atm and it works, just slowly (I stopped using combustion engines when I left my old one too long)

You'll better want to use 1 or 2 steam engines for a decent speed.
