Description of Problem:

Java terminates with an exception at seemingly random intervals, even when nobody is on the server.

 

'Fairly' infrequent, server can run for 24 hours before hitting the SIGSEGV.

Don't bump. Nobody seems to know the OS, so nobody's offering to help. If you use an uncommon OS, unfortunately you're stuck troubleshooting a lot of your own problems.

I would hardly call Linux an uncommon OS for hosting Minecraft servers.
