I am so confused right now

I made a modpack but it is not working. I would really be happy if someone told me what I am doing wrong and possibly fix the issue. To install the modpack on technic the URL is http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/toregencraft the webpage is http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/toregencraft.620141# and the zip is here https://copy.com/tdhfeKRMR2wGZOmk now what confuses me is that me mods and coremods are empty but when i go into the torgencreaft directory and go into the mods and coremods there all the mods and coremods are where there supposed to be but every time i run my pack its vanilla minecraft 1.7.10 any help would be greatly appreciated

Every part of the zip file has been done wrong.  Read https://technicpack.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204199345-How-to-make-a-Minecraft-modpack and follow those instructions from the beginning, to the letter.

alright so i followed the tutorial to a t and its still vanilla so im not sure what i did wrong the updated zip is here https://copy.com/RBTTAgErMJd3mLOx/WolfStorm.zip?download=1 the other links are the same also the coremods folder is empty for some reason any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
