My tekkit server wont Generate ores and oil and other tekkit materials

Maybe you could expand a little more as to what you're doing? Is this in a new world or is this a world that you used in a previous version of Tekkit (or a normal minecraft world even)

A server log may be interesting to see as well to confirm there isn't anything going wrong in the mod loading

I have to create the world in single player. The server generates like a normal minecraft world. It doesnt generate like a tekkit world.

That's likely the problem then. In saying that though if you move to unexplored chunks after the world is running on a proper tekkit server then the new ores should spawn ok, they just won't spawn anywhere that's already been explored.

I guess the next question is why can't you let the server spawn the world?

Umm how about deleting ur "world" files from your server folder, and launch your server... letting it do all the nasty magic?

Okay when the server generates the world it doesnt generate tekkit materials so if i start a new world there will be no oil, no ores, no rubber trees, ect. Thats why I have had to make the world and put it on the server just so there would be ores and tress ect

Here is a idea you could try delete you server folder then make a new one and get the latest server launcher and included files run it log into your tekkit go to multipayer and type localhost does it still give you no tekkit materials !! Must be a new folder a new tekkit server!! It happend to me once and that was the problem
