Antivirus Program: Launcher updater either crashes and causes client to load improperly, or cannot connect to minecraft.net and doesnt load previously logged in characters, also says cant get feed

I have tried disabling AVG and got the same results

ALSO sometimes when it apears to work fine, i get "bad login" everytime i try to connect to a server...

the client works just fine and i can play after opening and closing it about 20 times
