I just recently downloaded the Jar version of the launcher and whenever I try and load the technic mod, it brings up the screen with all of the mods and freezes my computer. Next I tried the tekkit mod and tried single player (don't know if you can do that with tekkit...). It ended up being regular mine craft. I tried to connect to a mine craft server and it said I needed Minecraft Forge... not sure what that is. Please help
