Factions 1.7.5 in Tekkit 3.0

Right my old post didnt seem clear, so ill make another. I need to get faction on my server. I am able to use 1.7.5 easily with the one exception it doesnt show tags, apparently it doesnt have facitonschat so thats why. So does anyone know how to actually get a working factions and tags working to.

Right what is your chat plugin {essentialschat} / {chatmanager}?

I think you have to use 1.7.4...
