Can't Craft or Spawn Items.

Hello

I recently tried to make a quarry but I couldn't craft or spawn a tin gear. I searched for "electric engine" but nothing poped up. I also searched "electrical engine but the item didn't pop up. Could someone tell me how to fix this.

Forestry is not in the latest release of tekkit.
