have you tried running as admin? if not that can you run regular minecraft with out it doing this?

You don't have 7u5, or at least the launcher isn't using it. Remove older versions of Java. If that doesn't change anything, make sure you're running the 64-bit version of Java (since you seem to have a 64-bit OS).
