Description of Problem:

ok im in the nether mining for some ores then like every few seconds the ores im mining explode the xplosions dont hurt me but break blocks and scare the living shit out of me every time even when expecting it please send me any suggestions or state a fix for this bug im not sure if it is supose to happen but im sure its not suppose to tanks!

It's not a bug, it's normal. Nether ores are easy to find and worth the double of the normal ones, so there's gotta be some danger to it.
