Crafting tables don't work

Title: Crafting tables don't work

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: windows vista 32bit

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

when a player tries to craft an object from a mod, the object disappears from the left side of the crafting table leaving the ingredients there and the player confused.

The other thing is it changes what can or cant be crafted. yesterday on my server i could craft coal dust into fibers but today i cant.

I am currently having the same problem. We played on the server and his host computer went to sleep. The server crashed, and when we got back on we could not craft any items from Tekkit. Any help would be appreciated.

Restarting the server has fixed this in the past for me
