A question redgarding Spout

I was looking for some additional plugins for my tekkit server and I was wandering about Spout plugins. I know the technic launcher is based off of the Spout launcher, but will it run Spout related mods?

For example could I put http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/spoutflight/ on my Tekkit server and have anyone be able to access it?

To run a spout plugin you also need to run the spout serverside plugin, which I ran until i went to tekkit. I have not had any luck getting it to work. But I just figured out to match the version of a plugin to the version of craftbukkit it is based on. tekkit 1.1.4 is based on one of the 1.0.1, as is Tekkit 1.2. Tekkit 2.0 is based on one of the 1.1 craftbukkits, although I do not know which r version.

edit: it looks to be CraftBukkit 1.0.1-R1 (#1597 - MC 1.0.1) based on the link on the Tekkit 2.0 main page.---but that cant be right, its minecraft 1.1 so it should be some 1.1 release of bukkit.

Anyone know what release of craftbukkit was used for tekkit 2.0?

I think it uses R4, but i'm not sure... Too tired to check atm (lolz)
