Title: Quarry won't work in multiplayer.

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

I have a hamachi server set up with my friend and we set up a quarry the way we always have so unless something has changed with buildcraft then there is something wrong with tekkit. I have a quarry, powered by 2 combustion engines both of which are connected to a water pump, and an oil pump and are full on both. I have a pipe leaving the top of the quarry to take the drops to a chest and i have a lever in between the two engines to pwer them on and off. Then i flick the lever the engines do indeed start moving and making noise but the quarry does nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated and i tried my best to describe the setup but if you need a picture i'm afraid you would need to tell me how. Thank you
