I recently began a Tekkit survival server for a couple of friends and I. After we had built several energy condensers I was given the job of building cobblestone generators to supply the EMC to generate diamonds. In the end we had 8 ten story towers with 4 generators per story, which lagged the game slightly but worked well, so we placed a world anchor in the area. I let the server run for 4 days, occasionally taking it down but the generators always continued to work.
Last night my friends wanted me to host a Hack/Mine server. I did so, but when I put the Tekkit server back up today I found that production was at a standstill. After a quick look I found that the redstone system to power the breakers was still functional, but the flowing water and lava were refusing to form cobble in all but a few of the generators. Additionally, any new generators we build function normally.
Is there any way we can get the lava and water flowing correctly? I tried replacing the existing source blocks in the old generators but it did not help. It would just be a pain to have to rebuild them.
