Cant make IC2 items

Description of Problem:

I cant make IC2 materials, for example I cant make a machine block with putting 8 refined bars in a square.

If you're playing on a server, the owners may have that crafting recipe disabled, and if you are said owner, check the configurations.

Also, just to be thorough, make sure you're putting it on the edges of a crafting table. Probably not the case, however.

This shouldn't happen in Singleplayer, and if it is, I wouldn't know the cause.

Make sure the server owner is restarting the server and not doing /reload

This is in a server and I own the server, how would I go about checking the configurations?

Did you remove not enough items?

If yes, reinstall it, removing this is a cause of bugs

Again... Are have you tried restarting the server instead of just /reload
