Modern Warfare Mod

Hello there I was wondering how and if you can ask/suggest mods to be put in the tekkit/technic packs or if the adding of more packs is possible. As some may know another modder has updated sdk's mod and someone has attempted to port it to bukkit, but it has many breaking exceptions/bugs. If anyone can code and would like to help please lemme know . If this did get ported (and now its FML compatible so should be soon) would you guys consider either putting it either in tekkit or another modpack? Of course getting the respective mod makers permission is necessary, and I would like to help to get them to agree ( which honestly I dont think they would mind you guys rock) Well thanks for hearing me out, looking forward to some input.
