JacobCZE Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Is the Block Breaker working for you? I can't get it work properly. It break the block just for the first time after it is placed but doesn't break anymore. For me it seems like it doesn't return to it's default state (because of the texture change) Quote
BuccaneerRex Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Are you making sure that it's not staying powered? It needs a pulse, not a constant signal. one pulse = one block broken. Quote
JacobCZE Posted July 17, 2012 Author Posted July 17, 2012 Are you making sure that it's not staying powered? It needs a pulse, not a constant signal. one pulse = one block broken. Yeah I do. I tested it with "Timer", then with pulse by putting down the redstone torch, then lever, button... Nothing worked. Quote
BuccaneerRex Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Is it Multiplayer or single player? If it's multiplayer, you might need to verify that redpower has block edit permissions. If you're using Factions, you have to grant redpower access to your faction territory. Redpower (and buildcraft) both use 'fake players' to make changes to the world. So you have to make sure that the [RedPower] player has build/edit rights to the world. The name includes the brackets. In SSP, I have no trouble at all with block breakers. I use them to get obsidian before I find diamond. For the cost of 4 iron, 2 redstone, 4 planks, and 10 cobble, I can get a netherportal up and running without having to make molds. It helps to carry a screwdriver and a lever along with you. Quote
JacobCZE Posted July 17, 2012 Author Posted July 17, 2012 Nevermind, it works now. (Still don't know why it didn't work before) Thanks for your help anyways :) Quote
flyerzrule Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 @BuccaneerRex how do you do the blockedit permissions for multiplayer? Quote
