Can't login with Technic Launcher

Description of Problem:

I have downloaded the Technic Launcher using the link Launcher OSX 1.0.1.3. Then I start up Technic Launcher.app. At this point a screen appears labelled "Technic Launcher - No Modpack Selected", space for my Minecraft username and password and buttons "Login" "Options" and "Mod Select". These buttons are all greyed out. After I enter my Minecraft username and password they are _still_ greyed out, and I cannot proceed further

There's a drop box in the upper left corner. That's your mod pack selection. If you include vanilla, there are 6 mod packs to choose from.

Because he wasn't looking at the dates, I'd bet. YogBox is dead, and we've pretty much been telling people they're on their own.
