Frost01 Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I noticed these mods aren't installed with technic development version, though they are in the stable version. Does anyone know if it's possible to install these mods manually, or do they mess with development technic?
Torezu Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 It is certainly possible and even recommended to install OptiFine by simply dropping the contents into modpack.jar. EE is in 7.0.1 but not in 7.1.0, and I've heard it's difficult to install.

DanielJin Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Does this mean that EE will not be in 7.1.0? What do you mean by "will"? 7.1.0 is already out, as a dev build it doesn't have EE2, but I'm pretty sure it will come back in the next rec build
warpspeed10 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Or more likely, EE will be omitted until EE3 is released. It will also be open source, so you may see some amazing add-ons included along with the main mod.
