Ok so Im attempting to open the "launcher" file but it appears for a second on my screen then just closes without a button pressed, I believe I have the latest java, etc....

Antivirus Program: Norton
Description of Problem:
Ok so Im attempting to open the "launcher" file but it appears for a second on my screen then just closes without a button pressed, I believe I have the latest java, etc....
I've downloaded it many a time, any ideas?
