Tekkit server launcher problem

Whenever i try and open launch.bat to get the server it just says:

C:Program Files\Tekkit Server>java -Xmx3G -Xmx2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

Error: Unable to access jarfile Tekkit.jar

Please help.

Im either not clicking right thing or im using the wrong program. I tried to extract it but it sayed this:

Compressed (Zipped) folders was unable to create the specified directory. Ensure that the directory does not already exist, and that the path entered is valid.

For my one saying launch.bat i wasnt sure what to do so i opened it with WinRaR

Oh yeah im also using a Windows 7 computer. idk if that changes anything but figured i should say

I cant even delete or edit anything! It says Access denied

EDIT: I cant even right click launcher it doesent come up with anything

It sounds like you're trying to run it while it's still inside the zip file. Copy and paste the files to some other directory and run them from there.
