Need some Help with my SSP modpack, texture issues

Hey guys, just wondering if i could get a helping hand. Whenever I play my modded ssp modpack, I keep getting random broken textures. They randomly appear then reappear, I have a screenshots of this bug,

This is the list of Mods that I have installed.

I know that is a large list of mods, but I have no clue why it is making weird textures, it is really bothering me. If anyone knows the solution, or knows of any other good mods, let me know!

I can pretty much guarantee it's optifine. try removing it or using a different version.
