Someone help me with my server error?

My Attack of the b team server gave me a ram allocating issue which i resolved by only allocating 1GB to the server instead of three, but then this error code came up and I have no clue on how to fix it, please help ASAP! Error Code Here - http://pastebin.com/piWFnG4U
