Removing mods

Is it possible for me to disable or even remove the mods I don't want from my version of Technic, they take up more Memory and I don't want them anyway.

Mod Select button in options.

Use the mod select button after you select your modpack.

Ah well it won't let me use that button on the launcher

Is it greyed out? Choose another modpack and then change back.

No it's white and I can click on it but nothing will come up
