Is it possible to restrict crafting Coins to groups?

I'd like to possibly start using IC2 coins as currency on our server but I want to introduce a sort of "Bank teller" group who will be the only users with the ability to craft the coins.

Is it possible?

You can use the "NoItem" plugin to limit crafting to certain groups using the "noitem.nocraft.x<itemID>" permission node. It can be found here.
