NEI doesn't show up on my server?

So I have a server with my friend and NEI doesn't show up. When I mouse over stuff in my inventory and click R or U then I see the screen that usually shows up (Shows how to craft\how to use). In my tekkit NEI config file it says:

Enable: True

Enablemp: True

Hidden: False

Same goes to my server NEI config file :\

Any suggestions?

Is your friend running in windowed mode? NEI sometimes places itself outside the window's view. GUI Scale can also affect this.

The problem is, It doesn't have the "item subset" button at the top :(

I'm playing on windowed mode I think... It's not full screen... Can I edit this GUI scale? Or will playing in fullscreen fix this? If so, how can I play in full screen? THANK YOU!!

GUI Scale is set in the Video Options. Normal or Small usually show the NEI interface if it's there, while Large may not. Just maximize the MC window to play in "full-screen".
