How to Remove Top Tooltip

Can anyone help? This is getting on my nerves and I can't find the specific mod's settings to turn it off though I do know it's in both Tekkit and Blightfall.

Oh, and if anyone knows how to also remove that little book to the left of the screen (it shows the currently held item), that would be nice as well.......

The tooltip on the top is from the WAILA mod. Default key to toggle it should be Numpad 0 unless the pack author changed it.

As for the one on the left, no idea. It's definitely not from Tekkit.
