What plugins interfere with Tekkit?(Server)

So i was making a quarry but for some reason it won't work... the Energy Link is draining power, but not frame is being made.. Tried every single kind of engine and it won't work.

Then i tried disabling all the server plugins, and it worked..

Those are all the plugins... Also i'm running 3.0.3
