Login trouble for users?

Were apparently having login trouble for users on our hosted server. But cannot pinpoint the exact problem. This is not an advertisement for our server, we recently upgraded to 3.1.1 and our build team ect is having no trouble connecting but a lot of people trying to connect randomly (its an open server) are being instabooted.

if someone with smart brains could log on our teamspeak3 (qzzrkraft) and try logging in our server/help me find out why it would be super awesome.
