[1.6.4] Custom Modpack has Heartbeat Lag

I created a custom modpack, which is basically just a dumbed down version of Big Dig, however whenever I play this modpack, it has a sudden lagspike every few seconds. I am getting 100+ FPS, but then it drops to like 30 for a second, and it's a huge lag spike. Mods include: BspkrsCore, InventoryTweaks, Buildcraft, CodeChickenCore, ComputerCraft, ImmibisCore, ImmibisPeripherals, IndustrialCraft, NotEnoughItems, and Agriculture. I have no idea why it is lagging. I already tried Optifine and fixing the Auto Saving problem, however it still lags every few same amount of seconds. It doesn't lag in modpacks like Big Dig or even Vanilla, but it always lags in my mod. If anyone would like to test it, http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/bumcraftserver.719804

Fixed it. Found that it was JourneyMap constantly reloading the map to put on the localhost:8080 website to show the map online in a browser. CLOSED.
