How to set a single spawnpoint?

I currently have WorldEdit, World Guard, Essentials and Group Manager installed as plugin, one of them is letting me do a /setspawn but when people first log in they spawn randomly around the spawn area. I need them to spawn in the rule area.

Is there a command I cant find that will do this or another plugin I need to set one block to spawn? Please help? I cant open my server until the spawn is set right.

Have you tried editing the bukkit.yml to reduce the spawn size? It should kill your basic spawn protection but it may cause people to spawn where you want them to.

I don't know if this will do it but it might (I've always had people spawn in the setspawn unless there was something in the way).
