an automatic update or something occured, said something about anvil? and now when im playing survival technic its like creative? and i also lost all my previous technic items?

the item loss is due to old worlds not being save compatible. The creative thing you can change by clicking the button with the C near the top right of your inventory screen.

This exact same thing happened to me. When I ran the Technic pack using the Technic Launcher, it automatically update it. Then when I went to play my world, it said "Converting world to anvil." Now every item and block that wasn't vanilla was removed. I had built most of my structures with marble bricks and all my items were in alchemy bags and backpacks. I lost everything.
