When I open the launcher, it says checking launcher version for a split second then closes.

Yup, I'm going to start handing out a stock "Low Effort Post" warning for people that don't read that thread before posting, and have a bug report like this. It'll generate a few more kellers, but...oh well.

Good plan. I got to the point where I always have the common problems page open in a tab incase I want to copy-paste it .
