Everytime I make certain items I get "Connection Lost end of Stream"?

Not sure where this goes as I cant access questions right now, but everytime i make certain things i get the connection lost end of stream error and my server crashes. I was fine making regular items like iron tools and torches, but when i try to make things like wooden gears i get the error. Im not sure whats going on and I've tried to fix it. Help! D;

Did someone use /reload on the server? That'll break mod item crafting.

Okay. Try the Tekkit Bug Board then, with a bunch more information and hopefully a server log and a launcher log from your client.
