installing Tekkit on mossy cobblesstone server

Hi All

I am trying to put Tekkit on to my mossy cobblestone serve i know how to send the files to the server, the only problem is i am having really big problems getting my head around how to create the Tekkit.jar & Tekkit.jar.conf files.

And is there anything else i need to do in order to get Tekkit working on the server.

Any help i could get on this would be great thanks
