Technic will not intsall

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7 X64

Java Version: 7u5

Antivirus Program: Avast

Description of Problem:

technic launcher will not open on my system no matter what I do and I cannot get the jar file to work for me.. in form of help would be fantastic. I have deleted and tried reinstalling several time, system and java are up-to-date.. would love to play technic MC.. but I am getting frustrated at its lack running.

What do you mean, "cannot get the jar file to work for me"? Be a little more specific.

go to the start menu, type %appdata% and click roaming, go into the .techniclauncher file and at the bottom there should be a file called technic-launcher click on tht and it should open without tht message :)

Are you reading something I'm not? He didn't say if he even got a message, let alone what it was.

Try running the jar with java. Just double clicking will likely open the jar in 7zip or winrar.
