Is it possible to to change the out of date message?

On my tekkit server i have an issue when people connect with out updateing to 3.1.1 is it possible to tell them that they need to update instead of the missing mod screen?

I am not sure at all, but this *MIGHT* work. You can customize the minecraft forge kick message, and change it to you need tekkit 3.1.2 or whatever.
