Kujata Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 Hey all, I'm trying to get an SMP Tekkit server going, so I downloaded the multiplayer stuff from the main page. I installed it all from the .bat file, but the Tekkit.jar launcher that came along with it doesn't do anything when I hit it (thought a corresponding java program shows up in Task Manager). My single player launcher works fine. (PS - Sorry if this thread is a dupe, I've tried looking around for a solution for awhile already). Thanks. Torezu Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 Launch.bat runs the server. It's not an installer. Your Technic launcher, which you run everything else from, also lets you run Tekkit to join the server. Where's the issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

First time hosting :| Main issue I'm troubleshooting is a "Connection refused", but I'll keep checking elsewhere. Thanks for the clarification anyhow.
