LAUNCHER PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!

Antivirus Program: NORTON

Description of Problem:

when i click on the launcher it says "checking launcher version" and then it completly vanishes without the bar filling or anything HELP!!!!

Mine says unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediatley.
