Technic Launcher cant find assets or launch modpacks.

I'm getting really fed up with this. I factory reset my computer because I couldn't load modpacks on technic. Now I still cant load modpacks. It cuts to 0% assets found when I try press play. Please help me. I can send my log if you want. But please please help. I'm going through to much trouble then I should be.

The assets take long to download, you need to be patient but the bigger issue here is your OS (windows 10) and the bad gpu drivers it installed.

Ive seen the reddit post and Ive even commented on it. I don't know which device to edit and where. I do know that windows 10 is the big problem.

Ok I see. It says it is the 9. version. How do I get back to the 10. version? (10.18.15.4256)
