Problem with EE

I am hosting and playing on a tekkit 2.0 server but i can't craft anything that i EE related is there something i did wrong?

Well I downloaded and started the server without changing anything. And on the site it says that EE is already ativated. At first everything seem to work awesome. Later when i was going to use forestry i noticed that i could not craft anything from forestry. So i cheated to get the items. But later When I wanted to craft a philosophers stone it also didn't work. so now i started to test everything From EE. I tried to craft other things from EE but that failed aswell. But i can still cheat to get the items. That feels very cluncky.

Nobody seem to have this problem so please if you know tell me what i did wrong.
