Description of Problem:

This is also in tekkit version 3.1.1, i cannot use the power rings as they were working in 2.1.1, Like Archangel's Smite, Cannot use shotgun mode, And with the ring of ignition it wont work well as 2.1.1, i cannot shoot fire, i can only make a line of fire, Please help

my main problem is that nothing will stay on, with g you know? im also running tekkit and i started using stuff like morning star and all with cool "enchantments" but suddenly they didnt work. the arcana ring plus my morning star plus my katar plus some other rings just wont work. im charging them but my question is what charges it, am i low on something?

You press V to charge it.

Also, you need some ingridents to power those rings. For example

those archangel's smitey thingy cost tons of arrows.

Stick a klein star with some charge on it in your inventory. This isn't really a bug. It's you not knowing how EE works.
