"world_the_end" doesn't render anything

Title: "world_the_end" doesn't render anything

Version: 3.1.2

OS: CentOS 5.4 (32x)

Java Version: 1.6.0_31

Description of Problem:

I've recently created a Tekkit server that me and a few friends were initially going to use, but we've now decided to make it public, and one of the issues that I'm currently the facing is that The End doesn't render a world. Whenever you go into The End through a portal, all you've got is the obsidian platform - that's it. Generally, I thought just deleting the "world_the_end" folder and regenerating it could fix this, but I've tried that and it didn't. From this point on I'm not too sure what to do, so any help with the issue would be great.

Ah, yes, we realised after the same problem occurred on a Bukkit server we go on. Thanks for the reply though. :)
